Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

• Item must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

• Perishable goods, customized products, and sale/clearance items are non-returnable

• Email us at rvg.ecom27@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

• Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

• Ship the item back to our designated return address as provided

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

• Refunds are credited as the same value of another product will choosen to get refund,

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
